Pensacola Wedding Planning’s Silver Package is designed for Brides who have done all the planning, but need someone to take care of all the details during the event. During the Event Preparation Meeting, one of our Wedding Consultants will assist you with planning your wedding ceremony as well as your wedding weekend itinerary including the reception schedule of events. Your Wedding Consultant will also be responsible for gathering all items for the ceremony and reception at the rehearsal and setting up those items the day of the event. We will be on hand to ensure that all items are delivered and set-up per your specification at both the ceremony site and reception site. Following the ceremony, your wedding coordinator will clean up the ceremony site and assist with after ceremony photographs. Throughout the reception, your wedding coordinator will oversee the evening’s events and then clean-up the reception site at the close of the night.
